A / OOE: St. Marienkirchen/ Polsenz: Topotheque online

First motorized mobility in the 1970s: For many, such memories, to which one can find one‘s own emotional connection, can be the door opener for further involvement with the local history. The digital step from the moped to a town view from 1858 is then quickly made in the new Topotheque of St. Marienkirchen an der Polsenz. Photos of shops will also be an interesting throwback for anyone who grew up here.

In the run-up to the presentation of the Topotheque, the population was in the mood for the opening event in the previous issues of the community newspaper, which was now presented and activated as part of the parish festival. The Topothequers, who had put out their own folder explaining the search functions and the workflow for collecting the materials, and Mayor Harald Grubmair were delighted with the great interest. And this already goes beyond the day of the event, because the willingness of the „Samareinerinnen“ is great to give digital insight into their photo albums and so numerous appointments for scanning have already been made.
