Costs of a Topotheque?

A Topotheque is a joint project between the respective operating institution (e.g. municipality) and ICARUS, whereby the project partners also share tasks and costs. In doing so, you both assume equal responsibility for the sustainable availability and further development of your topotheque. The project partners make a cost contribution in order to continuously carry out technical updates and improvements and to maintain the IT infrastructure (server, software). According to §2 Abs. 5 Z 2 UStG 1994 no sales tax is payable.

Municipalities up to 1,000 Inhabitants | € 675.-/year

The one-time fee for setting upt the partner Topotheque and is € 417.-. The annual cost contribution is invoiced when the Topotheque is set up for the months remaining until the end of the year. The amount for the following year in advance at the beginning of each year.

Municipalities up to 5,000 Inhabitants | € 970.-/year

The one-time fee for setting upt the partner Topotheque and is € 445.-. The annual cost contribution is invoiced when the Topotheque is set up for the months remaining until the end of the year. The amount for the following year in advance at the beginning of each year.

Municipalities up to 10,000 Inhabitants | € 1,160.-/year

The one-time fee for setting upt the partner Topotheque and is € 445.-. The annual cost contribution is invoiced when the Topotheque is set up for the months remaining until the end of the year. The amount for the following year in advance at the beginning of each year.

Municipalities up to 25,000 Inhabitants | € 1,455.-/year

The one-time fee for setting upt the partner Topotheque and is € 445.-. The annual cost contribution is invoiced when the Topotheque is set up for the months remaining until the end of the year. The amount for the following year in advance at the beginning of each year.

Municipalities up to 50,000 Inhabitants | € 1,805.-/year

The one-time fee for setting upt the partner Topotheque and is € 445.-. The annual cost contribution is invoiced when the Topotheque is set up for the months remaining until the end of the year. The amount for the following year in advance at the beginning of each year.

Municipalities with more than 50,000 Inhabitants

For large municipalities, we adapt the cost contributions to your special requirements.

Associations of local importance | € 675.-/year

If a Topotheque is used for the documentation of the association‘s history, but not for the documentation of the community‘s history (see above), the one-time fee for setting up the partner pharmacy is € 445.-

Associations of supraregional importance | € 1.213.-/year

If a Topotheque is used for the documentation of the association‘s history, but not for the documentation of the community‘s history (see above), the one-time fee for setting up the partner pharmacy is € 445.-

Private

A private Topotheque is used for privat purpose, such as family history. It will be listed in a separate list in the front end footer.
Running private Topotheque is combined with the membership of ICARUS4all.

Countries with a GDP* of less than € 30,000 per person

e.g. Hungary, the Czech Republic, Estonia, etc. have a reduced cost contribution in the corresponding category (municipality size) according to the ratio „BIP Austria“ / „BIP Cooperation Partner“, but at least 50% of the Austrian contribution.
