A / NOE: Gnadendorf presents Topotheque

Gnadendorf in the Weinviertel, more precisely in the valley of the river Zaya in the Leiserberge mountains, has been present for more than a year with its Topotheque, which was set up as part of the LEADER project „Our communities in the old days“. The Corona delay has postponed the official presentation to this June and so the large group of Topothequers, together with the Mayor Manfred Schulz and Alexander Schatek (ICARUS), were able to present the extensive digital collection in the community hall. The introduction by Topothequer Johann Hartmann contained a number of practical tips on the search functions in the Topotheque, which he presented in individual images of the functional elements in a way that was easy to understand. The detailed indexing of the entries opens up in an exemplary manner, among other things, clothing details and also contains the regional designations, such as the „Fiata“, the local expression for apron.
